A good concrete screw Sep 18, 2011

If you use the recommended 5/32 inch masonry bit this screw fits the hole quite nicely and the threads provide a good, smooth grab. I'm thankful for the hex head since driving with a Philips head is considerably harder and more than a few were rounding out when tightening (even with new bits). With the hex driver you need to be careful not to pop the head off, but less effort is required to follow the screw in. I would like to give it 4-1/2 stars if I had that option and if the metal was just a little harder it would be a 5 star screw.
