Forget Big Box stores Jun 24, 2010
By R. W. Mayer After shopping several Big Box stores, chain hardware stores, and local stores for these Gutter Screws, all that I found were either 6" screws or similar 7" screws priced significantly higher than these being reviewed.
I would have given a 5 star review, except that the spacer ferrule with these screws is plastic. I'm reasonably confident the plastic ferrule will hold up a decade or more... but would not be surprised to see brittleness or failure in the longer run. I've given the screws themselves a real test in that I mounted about 65 of them into fresh wood fascia plates covered with aluminum flashing...no breakage, no spun heads, and no bending. All in all, an excellent product at an excellent price from an excellent vendor. These are the days, my friends!
Good product - great vendor Jan 05, 2012
By Elderly Person I ordered these screws which, because of my error, turned out to be too short. The pleasant and helpful vendor allowed me to return for full refund.

Love it. Jan 26, 2011
By Josh If you have gutter problem as my house has, this is the best investment you can do. Very simple and solve the problem in minutes. Highly recommanded.
I am wendering why local home centers don't carry this, really stupid.
Secure gutter screws Oct 09, 2010
By Electronics_Guru What can I say? Screws hold better than spikes. These come with plastic spacers. I imagine over time the sun would degrade the plastic and create some stability problems. I suggest using the aluminum spacers already in your gutters and tossing the plastic ones as I did. If not you may find yourself replacing the plastic spacers 10 years down the road... 5 Stars if they came with metal ones.
