To the first reviewer... There's a simple answer: Buy their screws.

These screws and bits WILL NOT cam out. If you try to drive a 3" phillips screw, more times than not, the bit will slip and the screw head will be trashed. With the square drive and screw, you will get no slip or camming as long as the drive tool is in line with the screw. This technology works.

I bought these bits intending to use them with all screws. I know the listing says compatible with Phillips II Plus bits, but it doesn't say ONLY those. Guess my search for decent ribbed bits goes on.... By the way- the blue color is very cool.
